Eatlocal is so full of knowledge information and compassion for her garden and helping others with their own gardens. I met Eat local about 3 years ago and I've spent time getting to know her. I always look forward to seeing what she's gotten up to in her garden... or chasing cows ;)
Erin is easy going and easy to talk to and learn from sharing her knowledge with many people to help spread awareness of many different plants including the weeds.. some of which are medicinal.
If you haven't taken the time to get to know her you really are missing out on the information she shares and knowing one of the most amazing lady I have met online .. I hope to one day have my garden as good as her . I'm just starting out and Eatlocal has encouraged me to keep on growing and I've learned a lot from her even how weeds work in the garden.
This lady is a book of information and very blessed with what she has accomplished in the short time I've know her..
Keep sharing that knowledge.
